Barbara Zulick is the founder of Zulick Law LLC in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. cum laude from St. Lawrence University and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

She received an Estate Planning Certificate cum laude from the Graduate Division (Tax) of Temple’s law school. She also received her Masters in Law in Taxation from Temple in 1997. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and their respective Family Law and Probate and Trust Sections.

Co-Creator, Living Will Project, Joint program between the Montgomery Bar Association and the Montgomery County Medical Society; Developed a program for volunteer attorneys and physicians to visit residents in structured living environments and to provide information about advance health care directives (living wills)

Co-Founder, Legal Access Program, Montgomery Bar Association, Developed a program for volunteer attorneys to provide legal services at reduced rates to community members who could not qualify for Legal Aid representation nor afford full fee representation.
