1. Where can I find information on Pennsylvania’s laws regarding divorce and separation?

The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) offers a pamphlet called “Divorce and Separation”. You may request a copy by calling the PBA Member Service Center at 1-800-932-0311.

2. Where can I find out about Pennsylvania’s laws on custody?

The PBA offers a pamphlet called “Child Custody.” You may request a copy for a nominal fee by calling the PBA Member Service Center at 1-800-932-0311, or visit the Consumer Legal Information Pamphlets section of the PA Bar’s website, www.pabar.org and download the pamphlet.

3. Where can I find out about child and spousal support?

www.childsupport.state.pa.us is the website for Pennsylvania’s Child Support & Enforcement Sytem. This site has much useful information, including Pennsylvania’s support guidelines.

4. Where can I find out more about planning my estate?

The PBA offers two pamphlets: “Advance Health Care Declarations (Living Will)” and “Estate Planning.” You may request a copy for a nominal fee by calling the PBA Member Service Center at 1-800-932-0311, by emailing info@pabar.org, or visit the Consumer Legal Information Pamphlets section of the PA Bar’s website, www.pabar.org and download the pamphlet.
