Public Service

Ms. Zulick co-founded the Montgomery Bar’s Legal Access to Justice Program through which you may hire a lawyer at a significantly reduced hourly rate if you are unable to enroll with Legal Aid.  She also co-founded the Bar’s Living Will Project that teamed a volunteer lawyer and doctor to visit with residents of care facilities to prepare their living wills.

Ms. Zulick volunteers with CORA Good Shephard Mediation in Philadelphia for family law and estate mediations and co-mediations.

Publications

Barbara Zulick co-authors two textbooks for lawyers: Pennsylvania Support Practice, 2022 edition, and Pennsylvania Divorce Code Annotated, 2022 edition. She has also been published in legal journals in Pennsylvania.

Teacher and Instructor

Barbara Zulick has created programs for the Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia County Bar Associations, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, Widener University and the Chester County Estate Planning Council in the areas of family law and estate planning and administration.
